Supertrend Strategy filtered by Price Action is a strategy whose aim is to simplify trading with the Supertrend as much as possible but at the same time trying to be profitable. I first filtered the Supertrend with a colored moving average, then I considered the movements that arise from the Support and Resistance levels. The result was a simple and easy to use trading system.

Stratgy setup

Time frame 5 min or high

Currency pairs: any.

Metarader 4 Indicators:

Zig Zag arrow 30, 15, 7.

Support and Resistances with zone default zone.

Complex indicator with Supertrend (atr 2.8, period 18 and Ma 18 periods.

Trading Rules

Buy

The black arrow forms on a support level.

SuperTrend under the candles green color line.

Ma green color.

Sell

The black arrow forms on a resistance level.

SuperTrend above the red color line candles.

MA red color.

Exit position

Stop loss on the previous high/low swing.

Stop Loss Ratio 1: 1.2.
