Precision Swing strategy is a trend
momentum trading system based on moving averages, Parabolic Sar and Detrend Price Oscillator created for high time frames.
Signals are generated when all indicators agree.
Setup Strategy
Time frame 4H or higher.
Currency pairs:any.
Platform: TradingView or any (The indicators used are present on all platforms.)
Indicators setup
Exponential moving average 14 period, close.
Exponential moving average 34 period, close.
Parabolic Sar (0.02-02).
Detrend Price Oscillator (DPO) 21 period.
Trading rules Precision Swing Strategy
Buy
Price above EMA.
14 EMA>34EMA
Parabolic Sar dot below the candle price.
Detrend Price Oscillator>0 (When it is close to zero, do not take positions because the market is flat.)
Sell
Price below EMA.
14 EMA<34EMA
Parabolic Sar dot above the candle price.
Detrend Price Oscillator<0 (When it is close to zero, do not take positions because the market is flat.)
Exit position
Place initial stop loss below above the previous swing high/low..
Make profit when Ema or Paraboilic Sar changes position. Also make profit with ratio stop loss 1:1.25.
Money Management with soft a martingale.
It is assumed that this strategy in addition to having a high profitability also has a good distribution of wins. So you can apply this sequence for orders: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13. Then no more orders are opened and everything is closed.
