1. Relative Strength Index (RSI) - Period 14

Purpose: Momentum confirmation and overbought/oversold identification

  • Overbought Level: 70

    Oversold Level: 30

    Signal Line: 50 (momentum direction)

2. Stochastic Oscillator - %K(5,3,3), %D(3)

Purpose: Entry timing and momentum validation

  • Overbought: Above 80

    Oversold: Below 20

    Signal: %K crossing %D

3. Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) - 12,26,9

Purpose: Trend direction and momentum strength

  • Signal Line Crossover: Primary entry trigger

    Zero Line: Trend bias confirmation

    Histogram: Momentum acceleration

4. Exponential Moving Average (EMA) - Period 21

Purpose: Dynamic support/resistance and trend filter

Entry Rules

Long Entry Conditions

  1. MACD: Histogram turns positive AND MACD line crosses above signal line.

  2. RSI: Above 50 and rising.

  3. Stochastic: %K crosses above %D below 80 level.

  4. Price Action: Current candle closes above EMA(21).

  5. Volume: Higher than average (if available).

Short Entry Conditions

  1. MACD: Histogram turns negative AND MACD line crosses below signal line.

  2. RSI: Below 50 and falling.

  3. Stochastic: %K crosses below %D above 20 level.

  4. Price Action: Current candle closes below EMA(21).

  5. Volume: Higher than average (if available).

Risk Management

Position Sizing

  • Risk per Trade: 0.5-1% of account balance.

    Lot Size Calculation: Based on stop loss distance.

    Maximum Simultaneous Trades: 3.

Stop Loss Placement
