Speedy Gonzales Binary and Forex Strategy is a trend momentum strategy whose purpose is to generate fast trades and high profitability in a simple way. The purpose of this strategy is to generate fast trades at high profitability in a simple way. The strategy is based on moving averages, Stochastic Oscillator and MACD therefore a classic combination. Then I added a custom HMA to have greater clarity of when to enter, for those who do not use MT4 can enter a simple 4-period moving average. 

Setup Strategy

Type of Strategy: Day Trading ,Scalping, Binary Trading.

Time Frame: Binary options high/low 1 minute and 5 minutes.

Forex Scalping and day trading time frames 5 min, 15 min, 30 min.

Currency pairs: any, Indices and Gold.

Expiry time binary options high/low 2-3 candles.

Session of Trading Berlin: 9:00 20:00 GMT

Indicators:

Simple moving average 50 period, close.

Simple moving average 10 period, close.

Simple moving average 4 period, close, or MT4 Digital 30 Mashek (HMA).

Stochastic Oscillator (5, 4, 5), close.

MACD (12, 26, 9), close.

Trading rules Speedy Gonzales Binary and Forex Strategy

Always trade in the direction of the trend.

Trend up candle price above 50 SMA.

Trend Down price below 50 SMA.

Buy

Trend up.

Stochastic trend upward.

MACD crosses upward (optional).

HMA or (SMA 4 period) aqua upward the 10 SMA.

Sell

Trend down.

Stochastic trend downward.

MACD crosses downward (optional)

HMA or (SMA 4 period) crosses downward the 10 SMA.

Note for Binary trading - The best time to trade is when the price closes above / below the 50-period moving average and the HMA (or 4-period SMA) crosses the 10-period moving average.
From a speculative point of view at 1 minute time frame we can only look for this condition.

For Forex exit position

Place initial stop loss below/above the previous swing high/low.

Fast profit target, predetermined or ratio stop loss 1:1.
