This strategy is built around the Binary Reaper indicator for MT4, which generates momentum-based reversal or continuation arrows using an Aroon-oscillator calculation. The goal is to trade short-term binary options on the 1-, 3-, or 5-minute charts with expiries of 3–5 candles.

Setup

  Attach “Binary Reaper” indicator with default settings:

  • AroonPeriod = 70

    Filter = 50

  Add a Hull Moving Average (HMA):

  • Period = 15

    Price = Close

    Color rule:

    • Green when HMA today > HMA previous bar

      Red when HMA today < HMA previous bar

  Apply the entire setup to at least six pairs (EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCAD, AUDUSD, EURJPY recommended)

  Avoid trading during major scheduled news events

Rules

CALL (Buy) Conditions

A CALL trade is taken only when all conditions below align:

• A Binary Reaper buy arrow appears beneath the candle

  The HMA(15) is green, confirming upward slope

  Price is not reacting to major economic news or a high-volatility spike

  Entry is taken immediately after the arrow forms

  Binary option expiry is set to 3–5 bars of the same timeframe

Ideal CALL setups resemble the circled areas in the provided images, where HMA turns green and the arrow appears near the start of a short, clean upward move.

PUT (Sell) Conditions

A PUT trade is taken only when all conditions align:

• A Binary Reaper sell arrow appears above the candle

  The HMA(15) is red, confirming downward slope

  No entry during news spikes or unpredictable volatility

  Entry is taken immediately after the arrow forms

  Expiry remains 3–5 bars

Additional Filters

• Skip trades when HMA is almost flat or directionless

  Prefer setups where the candle forming the arrow closes in the same direction as the arrow
