Precision EMA Scalping hybrid scalping and day trading system uses a refined combination of EMAs for directional bias, momentum confirmation, and trade entries, supported by Pivot Levels for real-time support and resistance zones.

Designed for traders who want a clean, disciplined approach across lower timeframes.

Note: This strategy can be reproduced with any trading platform: MT5, TradingView, Ctrader, Tradestation and mobile.

This strategy is also good for Binary Options: expiry time 5-10 candles.This strategy is probably many, many years old but it is still a winning one.

Setup

Timeframes

Primary: M1 AND M5 (scalping). Day Trading M15 and M30.

Recommended Pairs

Low spread majors:
EUR/USD, USD/JPY, EUR/JPY, GBP/USD;

Gold, US100, Dax.

Works best during London & New York sessions.

Indicators Used

Trend & Entry Indicators

EMA 12 (Close) → Green line (trigger).

EMA 26 (Close) → Red line (directional filter).

SMA 55 (Close) → Maroon line (trend base).

Pivot Levels (Daily/Weekly) → Horizontal support/resistance (auto-indicator).

Shaded EMA Channel (optional visual): between EMA 12 & SMA 55 for volatility zones.

Trade Rules

Buy (Long) Setup

EMA 12 crosses above EMA 26 and SMA 55.

All 3 MAs aligned upward.

Price is above nearest Pivot Level or bouncing from Pivot Support.

Entry: on candle close after valid cross.

Stop-loss: below last swing low or below pivot support.

Take-Profit:
- Conservative: +7 to +15 pips (M1/M5);
  
  Aggressive: Next pivot level or trailing stop.

Sell (Short) Setup

EMA 12 crosses below EMA 26 and SMA 55.

All 3 MAs aligned downward.

Price is below Pivot Level or rejecting Pivot Resistance.

Entry: on candle close after valid cross.

Stop-loss: above last swing high or above pivot resistance.

Take-Profit:
- Conservative: +7 to +15 pips (M1/M5).
  
  Aggressive: Next pivot level or dynamic TP.

Optional Trade Filters

To reduce false signals in choppy markets:

ADX(14) > 20;

EMA 12 to SMA 55 distance ≥ 3 pips.

Avoid trading during overlapping EMAs (flat zone).

This strategy works well even without additional filters, in fact the internal filter is the EMA12.

Trading Sessions

Best during London Open to NY Close.

Avoid during Asian session unless strong trend or news.

Chart Style Tips (as shown in your screenshot)

Use EMA ribbon channel (fill between EMA 12 & SMA 55).

Keep pivot levels visible, with labels for S1/S2/R1/R2 and midpoint.

Candle colors: clean and sharp for visual reading.

Time bar labels: every 15 minutes (optional for focus).
