The Smart SAR Premium-Discount Strategy is an advanced price-action system for MetaTrader 4 (MT4), designed to align retail execution with institutional trading concepts.
It combines Smart Money Concepts (SMC) with Analytica SAR and Precision Trend to identify entries at optimal price levels — the discount zone for buys and the premium zone for sells.

The strategy aims to capture trades in the direction of the dominant trend, using Premium/Discount zones, SAR trend shifts, and Precision Trend confirmation to filter only high-probability setups.

It performs best on M3 and higher timeframes (M3, M5, M15, M30, H1, H4) and during London and New York sessions.

Indicators Used

Analytica SAR
- Provides dynamic trend direction and trailing confirmation.
  
  Yellow dots represent short-term bias, white dots represent long-term trend.
Precision Trend (10, 2.6) (optional but recommended)
- Confirms the overall market momentum.
  
  Green bars = bullish momentum, red bars = bearish momentum.
Smart Money Concepts
- Displays Premium and Discount zones instead of BOS/CHoCH.
  
  Discount Zone (Below 50%) → Buy area where price is undervalued.
  
  Premium Zone (Above 50%) → Sell area where price is overvalued.
  
  Identifies supply/demand imbalances and market structure range.

BUY SETUP (From Discount Zone)

Market Context
- Price trades inside or near the Discount Zone (below the 50% equilibrium of the range).
  
  The higher timeframe (H1/H4) confirms a bullish bias.
Indicator Confirmation
- Analytica SAR dots switch below price (showing bullish momentum).
  
  Precision Trend turns green.
  
  Trend strength panel indicates UP ≥ 60%.
Entry Trigger
- Wait for a bullish candle close above the SAR dots inside the discount zone.
  
  Ideally after a short liquidity sweep or retest of a demand imbalance.
Stop Loss
- Below the most recent swing low or the lower boundary of the discount zone.
Take Profit
- TP1: 1:2 Risk-to-Reward.

SELL SETUP (From Premium Zone)

- Analytica SAR dots appear above price (bearish shift).
  
  Precision Trend turns red.
  
  Trend strength panel indicates DOWN ≥ 60%.
Entry Trigger
- Wait for a bearish confirmation candle closing below SAR dots inside the premium zone.
  
  Prefer entries after a liquidity grab or retest of a supply imbalance.
Stop Loss
- Above the recent swing high or above the premium zone boundary.
Take Profit
- TP1: 1:2 Risk-to-Reward.
  
  TP2: The 50% equilibrium or next discount zone.
  
  Optional trailing with SAR dots for extended runs.

Additional Tips & Filters

Trade only with higher timeframe bias:
e.g., if H1 trend is bullish, take long entries only from M15 or M5 discount zones.

Avoid trades inside equilibrium (middle 50%), where price often consolidates.

Avoid Equal Highs/Equal Lows (EQH/EQL) zones — they indicate liquidity pools that may get swept before real movement begins.

Trend Strength Filter:
- “Weak” = skip or use smaller lot size.
  
  “Strong” = higher probability setup.
Combine with news filter to avoid volatile events.

Thank you for sharing a lot on this site. Could you check the .rar file. There are indicators missing! Could you also attach a template - so all the indicators and settings - at least to start off with, are completely executed.
