Trend Rhythm Magic Forex Strategy combines two tools for confirmation:

1. Trend Rhythm Magic Indicator (main chart): plots green/red arrows based on smoothed trend crossovers.

2. MACD & RSI Histogram (bottom panel): color-coded histogram showing momentum strength and direction.

Timeframe: 15, 30, and 60 minute.
Asset: volatility pairs.
Goal: Enter only when both indicators align, reducing false signals.

Setup

Platform: TradingView

Indicators:

Trend Rhythm Magic default setting;

MACD RSI:

RSI 21,

MACD 26, 52, 9.

Trading Rules

Buy Entry Conditions

Enter a long position when the following conditions are met:

1. A green triangle (arrow up) appears on the Trend Rhythm Magic indicator.

2. A green bar appears on the MACD/RSI histogram (momentum confirmation).

Sell Entry Conditions

Enter a short position when the following conditions are met:

1. A red triangle (arrow down) appears on the Trend Rhythm Magic indicator.

2. A red/magenta bar appears on the MACD/RSI histogram.

Exit Strategy

You can exit the trade using one of the following approaches:

1. Opposite Signal Exit: Exit when the opposite signal appears (e.g., a red triangle after a long).

2. Fixed TP/SL:

   • Target: 2x the ATR (Average True Range)

   • Stop Loss: Just below the recent swing low (long) or above swing high (short)

3. MACD Histogram Flip: Exit when the histogram changes from green to red or vice versa (early exit option).

Conclusions

• This strategy aims to filter false entries by requiring confirmation from two independent sources.

• Works best in trending markets, especially after consolidation.

• Can be used with other filters like support/resistance or London/New York session timing.

• For optimal performance, avoid trading during high-impact news events or low volume periods.
