Trading Rules

Entry signals ONLY when price breaks the Cloud and retests

Chikou confirmation,

Cloud color and TK-lines aligned,

Arrows appear at the beginning of a new trend, not mid-trend,

Avoid flat / ranging Kumo areas.

Here are the refined rules:

Buy Rules (Long Entry) — Based on the chart behavior

Enter Buy when all conditions below are met:

Price breaks above the Ichimoku Cloud (Kumo)
Cloud turns bullish (Senkou Span A > B and cloud becomes orange → bullish continuation)
Tenkan-sen above Kijun-sen
Price retests the Cloud or Kijun-sen and holds as support
Chikou Span above price and above the Cloud
Future Cloud (Senkou Span) bullish
Bullish arrow appears (trend alert confirmation)

Avoid buys when:

Price is inside the Kumo (consolidation)

Cloud ahead is flat or twisting

Chikou Span is stuck inside price candles

Buy Entry Example From Chart
Entry occurs when price crosses above the cloud → pulls back → holds above → arrow appears → strong continuation move up.

Sell Rules (Short Entry) — Based on the chart behavior

Enter Sell when all conditions below are met:

Price breaks below the Ichimoku Cloud
Cloud turns bearish (Senkou Span A < B and cloud becomes purple)
Tenkan-sen below Kijun-sen
Price retests Cloud or Kijun-sen and rejects downward
Chikou Span below price and below the Cloud
Future Cloud bearish
Bearish arrow appears (trend alert confirmation)

Avoid sells when:

Price inside Kumo

Cloud ahead is flat / twisting

Chikou Span stuck inside price

Sell Entry Example From Chart
Price breaks below Cloud → retests → arrow appears → long down-trend starts.
